Based in the heart of Salento, Italy, Pimar is known for its unique tradition in the manufacturing of limestone, and while it is loyal to its tradition and its history rooted in the past, it is capable of engaging brilliant experimentations; a productive process that for four generations has embodied the essence of Italian manufacturing skills applied to the treatment of a millenary stone.

Its natural beauty and customised realisations, gave rise to numerous projects in Italy and all over the world, making Pimar protagonist of realisations, ranging from the retail to the restoration, up to design.
Pimar has collaborated with important artists. From the union between their creativity and the beauty of Pimar natural limestone great works of art were born.
The projects of Pimar design collection are created through digital modelling and are produced by modern numerical control machinery. Any apparent imperfection is due to manual finishing processes carried out by expert craftsmen, and represent the distinctive mark of uniqueness and craftsmanship which adds value to the product.
