The Artisans:

BOOZ features handcrafted products made by Italian artisans, artists, brands, and designers. Customers can shop for these unique pieces, learn about the artisans’ stories, and discover traditional manufacturing techniques.

Ordering on BOOZ: Most products available online are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for each customer. After completing a purchase, customers receive an email confirming receipt of their order. They can also view a summary of their order history in the Account section of the site.

Payments: BOOZ accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and PayPal. Bank transfer is available for orders above $2,000. Prices are listed in AED and USD, with all references to dollars referring specifically to US dollars.

Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped to selected regions may be subject to taxes. Customers may be required to provide personal information, such as their EIN, IRN, or SSN, for customs processing. Shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.

Shipping Information: Orders are shipped directly from the artisans’ workshops and suppliers in Italy, ensuring secure delivery with reliable shipping carriers. Shipments are insured for the full value of the product. Depending on the type of product purchased, different shipping methods are available:

Standard Parcel: Suitable for lighter and smaller boxed items, shipped via parcel delivery services like FedEx or DHL. Customers receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment.

Dedicated Shipping: Used for international shipments of fragile and/or large pieces. Items are crated for protection and shipped via airfreight. Tracking links are available depending on the courier used.

Standard Delivery:

BOOZ provides curbside delivery for specific products or different packages based on type of the product.

Exclusive Vip Service ( EVS): Customers also have the option to request fully assembly service for large or complex items, installation, laying tiles, marble large items, limestone for construction etc, albeit at a higher cost. This EVS ensures a hassle-free experience for customers. Dedicated staff will flyover from Italy to your home/ site to ensure the maximum care and professional onsite coordination in assembly, installation and laying for specific projects. This service is subjected to the approval of Booz and his suppliers based on size of the project.
